understand it’s been an alienating couple of years for alts but there a few key things you can do to alleviate the “potential” bear market anxiety:
• hold stuff you think will have value 5 years from now: likely that $AAVE, $PENDLE, $ENA and even $PENGU will be around by then. And if so, at a higher price
• focus on revenue making projects, but not only that. Try to understand whether the TAM is large enough for the next 5 years or whether most of the market in that narrative is already addressed. E.g. Likely that stablecoins adoption is up only from now so likely that $AAVE makes more revenue as demand for borrowing stables will increase
• anticipate narratives: robotics is getting some traction for example. start following leaders in the space @Apptronik (actual robotics) / @reborn_agi (web3 x robotics)
A few signals that haven’t emerged and usually synonymous with tops:
• $DOGE sending
• NFTs sending
• BTC onchain indicators topping (z-score etc.)
• BTC.D at 40-45%
Q4 is usually good for crypto, would be a shame to miss a generational alts run
