Announcement on X Layer Mainnet Technical Upgrade

Dear X Layer community members, partners, and users,

Building on our recent momentum with protocol integrations and growing ecosystem adoption, X Layer is upgrading our network infrastructure to ensure that it remains the premier destination for leading DeFi applications and high-performance blockchain solutions.

Upgrade scope and duration

The upgrade will start at 11:30 PM (UTC+8) on October 27, 2025, and will last about 1 hour. After the technical upgrade, the X Layer mainnet will resume block production. If there are any changes to the upgrade schedule, we will update this announcement immediately.

Service impact during upgrade

During the upgrade period, X Layer will temporarily pause block production. All services related to X Layer, including but not limited to relevant OKX Exchange withdrawals and deposits, OKX DEX transactions, and OKX Wallet and OKX Pay features, will be temporarily unavailable.
