Usually I can people I trust to help fill in my knowledge gaps. Could never build the defi protocol of my dreams without the perfect partner to ground it in reality and help decipher the possible from the impossible. We’re 50/50 partners because success is not possible without both of us… and life is too short to waste time trying to decide how to split the pie… much rather spend all of focused on making the pie as big as possible.
If you say you need to be find partners worthy of being an equal partner, then your bar for building a team goes way up… likely where it should have been to begin with… no free options when everyone added has to warrant taking massive dilution
