next week i'll publish the core ACP to change L1 validator fees
it's probably going to be ACP-250 or 251
while ACP-247 is fairly easy to implement, but still got a lot of pushback from all kinds of stakeholders (while also getting TONS of support from others), this new ACP is going to be hard in every way
it's a new curve model for L1s to pay validator fees, so it's harder to implement, and also asks more money to L1s, tho a very low amount in absolute terms
L1s won't likely want to pay for it, but my idea is that if ACP-247 passes, then it's going to be very easy for L1s to afford the increase, and it's all gonna benefit AVAX price and effectively aligning the ecosystem
