not my favorite commercial ever, but also effective in appealing to a niche audience of developers who may be (probably are) tired of crypto's endless marketing shenanigans, gambling metas, and marketing-based extraction...and just care about building cool products on the everything chain cuz we do have the best tech on Solana (the infrastructure, not the speculative tokens.)
you're foolish to think that the 'build-first, market-never' purity-test GTM will work, but you're also foolish to believe that any product can find success without some market savvy, even if that savvy is subversive.
having climbed the ranks and worked many non-technical roles in web3 (from BD to community to being the full marketing vertical at a startup), i can attest to the priceless value non-developer roles provide in bridging the technical gap and executing that marketing savvy you need.
