Balance Sheet:
The Polkadot Treasury had 114m USD at the end of Q3
- 80m USD cash
- 26m USD in bounties & Fellowship
- 8.5m USD in market operations
The Treasury is 93% DOT and 7% USD.
Of the DOT, about 13m USD are in aDOT, , which will be DCAed into USD, but is in the meantime working as liquidity in the @hydration_net money market.
19% of Treasury DOT sits on parachains to work productively in the economy while it is not being spent.
